Duties include scheduling of flights in accordance with FAR135/91, arranging for all needed services such as catering and ground transportation, some crew scheduling, flight following, quoting, overall trip coordination, pre-flight planning, international trip planning, along with many other duties associated with a small but growing flight department.  Familiar with 135 regulations and scheduling is a plus. Must be computer literate and willing to learn CTA/FOS scheduling software.  This is not, and will not, be a flying position, pilots need not apply.  Benefits including medical/dental, wellness program, 401K.  Salary DOE.
